Branding, Packaging, Label, Special Box, Print Production.
This project is the result of multidisciplinary and cross-national design. General Concept and Art Direction: New York, Design: Brazil, Lettering: Valencia, Illustration: Bogotá, Production: BsAs, for a client in Mendoza that distributes around the world. The challenge was to develop an identity and packaging for the winery’s first Malbec Rosé targeted to international markets. Roca Wines is a renowned family-owned winery and vineyard in San Rafael, Mendoza; Argentina’s most important wine region. They needed to develop a visual identity that was delicate, feminine and elegant. Nuri’s name was a tribute to Gladys Nuri, the matriarch of the family. Our involvement: Glyph D collaborated with a team of designers, illustrators and production specialists around the world to develop a brand led by lettering, a delicate pattern with refined print production, and transparency on a special bottle to highlight the amazing color of this particular wine.
Nuri was successfully launched in international markets and recognized for its unique packaging and its distinguishing characteristics as the Argentine rosé wine of the year.
